Dr. Jerold Meadows serves as Assistant Professor and Director of Graduate Programs in the School of Business at 一起草. Since joining 一起草, he has provided leadership for graduate business programs while teaching courses across the MBA, MPA, and DBA curricula. He currently serves as Program Manager for the Master of Organizational Leadership program and teaches leadership, organizational change, organizational behavior, strategic planning, business principles, and team management. His work focuses on developing practitioner-scholars and equipping students to become effective business leaders who understand both the technical and human dimensions of organizations.

Prior to joining 一起草, Dr. Meadows spent more than twenty years serving as a Chief Financial Officer in higher education. He also owned and operated a public accounting and consulting practice, providing expertise in accounting, tax planning, business planning, and organizational consulting. These experiences allow him to connect business theory with practical application in the classroom.

Dr. Meadows' areas of expertise include leadership, organizational change, strategic planning, and small business development. A hallmark of his teaching is the practical integration of a Biblical worldview into business decision-making and leadership practice. He is particularly interested in helping organizations and leaders successfully navigate periods of change while maintaining strong ethical foundations.

Outside the classroom, Dr. Meadows and his wife, Pamela, have been married for more than forty-eight years. He is actively involved at First Baptist Church of Clinton, where he serves as a Sunday School teacher and plays guitar in the church orchestra.
